By taking advantage of Streamline Management’s website, you can view listings, pay rent online, submit maintenance requests, email your property manager, find answers to frequently asked questions, find links to important websites, and gain access to your financial accounts so you can always find out when your rent has been received.
Prior to becoming a resident :
Search all of our Available Listings and gain access to photos, virtual tours, maps and descriptions of the properties
Click on any listing that you are interested in to request more information or apply on-line.
After becoming a resident:

The best ways to contact the management office is by phone or e-mail. The office phone number is 267-639-3550 and e-mail is firstname.lastname@example.org. We require all general and maintenance requests to be submitted to us in writing online through your tenant portal or by e-mail, which allows us to keep records of all important tenancy issues and prevents any miscommunication.
Rent is due on or before the due date as specified in your lease agreement. We make it convenient for you to pay your rent online through your personal back account, as well as via your credit or debit card.
What am I responsible for as a resident?
As a resident you are responsible to maintain the property in the same condition as was provided to you when you moved into the residence. The owner of the property is responsible for making repairs to any property issues including plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs. If you are ever unsure of who is responsible for a repair, please contact our office.
